A unique four-part, in-person workshop series for teenagers to learn about, connect with, and honor their menstrual cycle.

This intimate and supportive space offers an opportunity to explore the understanding, relationship, and connection each participant has with her period.
Together, we’ll reframe self-care as a practice of empowerment—teaching teens how to listen to, trust, and care for their bodies.
In this small circle, participants will cultivate a sense of sisterhood and shared learning, while deepening their relationship with their body’s natural rhythm. Through grounding practices and guided reflection, they’ll begin to establish trust in the wisdom of their own physiology, recognizing instinct, intuition, and inner strength.

This series is an invitation for young women to come home to their bodies, to understand their cyclical nature, and to embrace their menstrual cycle as a source of wisdom and power—a unique and vital superpower.

Especially supportive for those experiencing periods that are not regular, cramping, mood changes, long periods, short periods, clotting, dark brown periods or considering birth control for menstrual discomfort.
